You Radiate 🌞LOVE🌞
That’s right! It’s time to embrace what we truly cherish in this world and share it out loud. Deeply hone into what that is for you. Answering this could be a soulful journey filled with lightness. Keeping it balanced is key. If it becomes too heavy then set it down and come back to it later. Once you’ve sat with this for yourself, bring it to your family. Make it creative by painting a large sunshine, then fill it in with each members cherished contribution. There is no right or wrong way. Allow yourself to flow. Whenever it feels complete for you and your family, share it! Hang it in your windows, chalk it on the sidewalk, staple it to utility poles. Make sure it’s in your community. Yes, you could post it to your social media. Radiate from where you are now! Start on your street, on your block, your local and nearest cafe, your park or grocery store. You could even put it in little libraries. Be in your community and radiate from there. Have fun and enjoy. Spread your cherished light. Keep lighting up your world with what you find truly awesome. You radiate love.

Breathing(Pranayama) for Kids
Our after school Wednesday group makes yoga connections with nature. This breathing practice sparked some good discussions about big emotions they notice in others as well as themselves.
The Butterfly Hug
Butterfly breathing helps ground and regulate our nervous system. It’s easy for kids to use and the bilateral stimulation helps both sides of the brain connect and calm.
Butterflies are awesome! We learned about the function of a proboscis, engineered one out of bendy straws and then taste tested the nectar. Using only tastebuds to determine the difference between the two jars was fun! Most agreed one was lemonade but the second nectar flavor was more challenging! We ended our afternoon with a butterfly gratitude circle.
