Summer Sessions

”Did you ever think how it must feel to be a flower living underground all winter, and then come up in the Spring? “

Our Morning Flow

July through August

9 a.m. to 12 p.m.

Tuesdays, Wednesdays, & Thursdays

Our groups will gather at Little Howe Park (Southeast corner of the playfield) in Queen Anne to greet the morning on our mats and practice yoga with ease and fun!

Then we’ll nature walk over to the lovely Queen Anne P-Patch where we’ll garden! This includes but is not limited to nature themed crafts, harvesting, weeding, planting, watering, eating lunch, writing and drawing in nature journals, playing games, sharing and creating stories, enjoying free choice and more.

To end our time, we’ll nature walk back to Little Howe Park, where we started, for our closing yoga circle where parents and caregivers will greet their children and sign out.

All session are immersed in nature, where children will connect with the earth through yoga, mindfulness, and creativity. Each morning features nature-inspired yoga, fun crafts, and activities like nature walks, scavenger hunts, crafts, basic gardening concepts, urban wild life viewings and more.

InBloom offers unique enriching experiences for kids in grades K-5th that hold space for emotional and social navigation. This includes managing social pressures, teaching empathy, positive self-esteem & mindfullness.

Every day fosters a deep sense of gratitude, responsibility, and connection to the planet, all while introducing kids to yoga and meditation. They’ll leave with new skills, full hearts and a greater understanding of how they can make a positive impact on the world around them.

Summer Sessions 2025

Wings in our World

$225 July 1-3

Children will use their imaginations to go on adventures in pollination. They’ll play games that help them understand how fruits and berries grow and become the food we enjoy so much and how nourishing they are to our bodies.

Sun & Moon

$225 July 8-10

Inspired by How to be a Moonflower by Kate Daisy, children will discover the world of lunar gardening, nocturnal, crepuscular and diurnal animals, full moon blooming flowers, the moon and sun cycle and how we can feel this in our bodies with yoga poses. Digging into soil with hand magnifyers will help them see who lives below the surface.

The Rainbow in Our Body

$225 July 29-30

Each color of the rainbow has it’s own unique story to share. Energy centers in our bodies, chakras, each have their own stories as well. Children will be guided through a collection  of feelings, foods, asana (yoga poses) and thoughts that can help ignite connection to their rainbow power.

Our Musical Earth

$225 August 19-21

Nature is full of musical sounds like beats, drums, claps, rhythms, whistles, skips and snaps. Sometimes we hear whispers on the wind and other times we hear crescendoing caws from tree tops. Children will connect with our environment’s musical magic and find their own too!

Soil, Rain & Clouds

$225 July 15-17

Our Earth provides a big beautiful water cycle for us all including the creatures that live below the surface. Children will discover this world and who inhabits it while learning to appreciate clean water and living soil. We’ll have fun acting out rain as it travels across our landscape, into our gardens, hydrating and giving life all along it’s way.

Heart & Harmony

$225 August 12-14

When we’re connected to our hearts, we can connect with all hearts. Children will practice heart centered yoga poses (asanas), share stories, songs, dance or tell jokes, in turn discover their own unique ways of radiating. All while identifying what plants, animals, and insects are shining bright in the p-patch.
